摘    要:SBS改性沥青因可显著提高沥青路面的使用性能从而得以大范围推广应用。工厂化改性方式使得SBS改性沥青生产与使用环节分离,改性沥青SBS含量及质量监控成为难点。基于傅里叶变换红外光谱(FTIR)衰减全反射法提出一种SBS含量快速检测方法,该方法采用点滴法成型沥青试样,应用衰减全反射ATR附件采集试样的红外光谱,以(CSBS,A966/A1377)集合经线性拟合得到标准曲线计算未知样的SBS含量。与规范JTG E20-2019 T 0673方法相比,该方法具有制样简单、测试时间短和结果精准等特点,可用于施工项目现场的SBS含量快速检测。

Abstract:SBS modified asphalt has been widely used because it could significantly improve the performance of asphalt pavement.It is difficult to monitor the content and quality of SBS in modified asphalt with industrial production due to separation between production and use of SBS modified asphalt.In this paper,a fast detection method for SBS content based on FTIR(Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy)attenuated total reflection method has been proposed.In this method,bitumen samples have been directly formed by the drop method,and the attenuated total reflection ATR has been used to collect the infrared spectrum of the samples,and the standard curve has been obtained by linear fitting(CSBS,A966/A1377)collection to calculate the SBS content of the unknown samples.Being compared with standard JTG E20-2019 T 0673 method,the method proposed in this paper has the characteristics of simple sample preparation,short test time and accurate results,which could be used for quick detection of SBS content in construction project site.
