超声导波技术在燃气输配系统中的应用及缺陷评价

摘    要:文中简述了超声导波检测原理及波谱分析方法,分析了该技术在城镇燃气输配系统中的应用结果,结果表明超声导波技术可有效检测出场站管道的缺陷;通过利用分级评价方法对检测出的腐蚀缺陷进行安全性评价,可进一步保证检测结果的科学性。

Abstract:This paper described the principle of ultrasonic guided wave testing and spectrum analysis method,analyzed the application result of this technology in urban gas transmission and distribution system.The results show that the ultrasonic guided wave technology can detect the defects of gas station pipeline obviously.The safety of the corrosion defects was evaluated by the method of grading evaluation,which can ensure the scientificity of the test results.
