摘    要:为实现对不同管径地面管道的漏磁外检测,使得不同励磁结构下方的管道磁化状态相近,对先期设计的三励磁结构进行尺寸优化。文中以磁化结构尺寸参数作为优化设计变量、以磁化区磁感应强度作为状态参数、以励磁场均匀性作为目标函数进行磁路的优化计算。计算结果表明,优化后给出的最优结构尺寸,能够实现对最小直径为4 mm、深度为管壁厚度的20%缺陷进行检测,能够同时满足对管道缺陷检测的要求和管道均匀磁化的要求。

Abstract:In order to realize the magnetic flux leakage detection of different diameter ground pipes and make the magnetization state of pipes under different excitation structures similar,the size optimization of three excitation structures designed in advance was carried out.In this study,the size parameters of the magnetization structure were taken as the optimal design variables,the magnetic induction intensity in the magnetization area was taken as the state parameters,and the uniformity of the excitation field was taken as the objective function to optimize the magnetic circuit.The calculation results show that the optimized structure size can detect the defects with the diameter of 4 mm and the depth of 20%of the thickness of the pipe wall,and can meet the requirements of the defect detection and the uniform magnetization of the pipe at the same time.
