摘    要:针片状颗粒多呈细长或扁平状,在施工压实过程或正常行车过程中易被压碎,造成级配细化、集料间嵌挤作用减弱,影响混合料的路用性能。为研究针片状颗粒含量对集料间嵌挤力的影响,通过改进的集料承载比(CBR)试验,开展了针状与片状颗粒含量对CBR和破碎率的影响研究,建议骨架嵌挤型级配或可靠度要求较高的工程所用粗集料中的针片状颗粒含量不宜超过10%,其他级配或工程所用粗集料中的针片状颗粒含量不宜超过20%。

Abstract:The flat and elongated particles are mostly slender or flat,and are easily crushed during the compaction process or during normal driving.As a result,the grading is refined,the effect of intercalation between aggregates is weakened,and the road performance of the mixture is affected.In order to study the effect of the flat and elongated particle content on the impact force between aggregates,in this paper,a study on the effect of the flat and elongated particle content on the CBR and crushing rate through an improved aggregate bearing ratio(CBR)test has been carried out.It is recommended that the content of flat and elongated particles in the coarse aggregate used in engineering with high-reliability gradation or high reliability should not exceed 10%,and the content of flat and elongated particles in the coarse aggregate used in other grades or engineering should not exceed 20%.
