| Abstract: | Economic development as the foundation of the social development focuses on the improvement of economy structure including demanding structure, industrial structure, and resources structure , among which industrial is the vital part. Under the instruction of Max＇s re-production theory , this paper discusses the major problems in the industrial structure of our country and proposes way of industrial re-structuring. |
