大客车座椅动态试验

国内客车座椅产品要出口到其他国家,必须达到相应的标准要求。文章主要介绍了国内某客车座椅按照澳标（ADR68/00）的要求进行动态试验的全过程,并通过试验检验座椅的安全性能是否满足标准要求。试验表明,假人的头部伤害指标和右侧假人左腿的伤害指标均不满足标准的要求,由此客车座椅的安全性能未能达到标准要求,需要进一步进行结构优化,通过试验验证方能进入澳大利亚市场。

Dynamic Test on Passenger Vehicle Seat

To be exported to other countries, passenger seats manufactured in China must meet certain standards. This paper mainly introduces the entire process of dynamic test for passenger seats manufactured domestically according to Australian Standard ADR68/00 in order to check if the safety performance of the seat could meet the standards. The test result indicates that the injury index of dummy＇s heads and the right dummy＇s left leg have not meet the ADR68/00 standards. Therefore, the passenger seat safety fails to satisfy the requirements. The seat calls for further structural optimization before it is available to get into Australian market.
