摘    要:由于填海区工程地质条件差且周围建筑物密集程度高,深基坑开挖易产生过大变形,因此需进行实时监测,并及时对监测数据进行科学分析,为施工动态调整提供依据。本文以穗莞深城际轨道深圳机场站深基坑工程施工为例,介绍如何依据工程条件进行分析,以确定近接单侧敏感建筑的深基坑监测方案;依据监测数据并配合自主研发的专利技术对施工进行动态调整,以确保基坑及周边建筑物安全。经现场施工验证,所采用监测方案不仅可以保证施工安全,降低施工风险,同时还可以加快施工进度,所积累经验可为类似工程提供参考。

Abstract:Due to the poor engineering geological conditions in the reclamation area and the high density of surrounding buildings,the excavation process of deep foundation pit is prone to excessive deformation.Therefore,real-time monitoring is necessary in the construction process of deep foundation pit,and scientific analysis of monitoring data is timely to provide a basis for dynamic adjustment of construction.Taking the construction of deep foundation pit engineering of Shenzhen Airport Station of Guangzhou-Dongguan-Shenzhen Intercity Railway as an example,this paper introduced how to make an analysis according to the engineering conditions,so as to determine the deep foundation pit monitoring scheme for adjacent single-side sensitive buildings;the construction was dynamically adjusted based on the monitoring data and complied with the independently developed patented technology to ensure the safety of the foundation pit and surrounding buildings.According to the field construction verification,the monitoring scheme adopted can not only ensure the construction safety,reduce the construction risk,but also speed up the construction progress.The accumulated construction experience can provide reference for similar projects.
