| Abstract: | The article summarizes the achievement of Chongqing transportation system and the methods used to promote the Western projects＇ findings in Chongqing from 2001 to 2005.It also points out the positive impact of western projects in establishing and improving Chongqing＇s transportation system.The effects of attracting,training and retaining talents and solving key technological problems in building fundamental transportation system are also explained. |
