摘    要:为了分析地铁车辆常用的LM型踏面、内侧距1 358 mm和1 360 mm的S1002型车轮踏面分别与60 kg/m钢轨匹配特性.进行了轮轨接触几何、非赫兹滚动接触、车辆轨道耦合动力学计算.轮轨接触分析表明,LM轮轨接触点能够均匀分布于钢轨型面,轮对等效锥度随轮对横移呈增大关系,接触斑面积偏小、最大等效接触应力偏大、磨...

Analysis of Matching Relationship of Metro Vehicle Wheel and Rail Profiles

Abstract:To investigate the characteristics of metro vehicle normally used LM wheel profile,and S1002 wheel profiles with wheelset back-to-back distance 1 358 mm and 1 360 mm matching with 60 kg/m rail,wheel/rail contact geometry,non-Herzian rolling contact and vehicle track coupled dynamics simulations are carried out.Wheel/rail contact points are evenly distributed on LM wheel and rail profile,and the wheelset equivalent conicity is increased with increasing wheelset lateral displacement.The wheel/rail contact patch is small with the highest maximum equivalent contact stress,but the contact patch frictional work is the lowest.For the two matching of S1002 profiles,the wheel/rail contact points jumps on the wheel/rail profiles,and the wheelset equivalent conicity is not increased with increasing wheelset lateral displacement,and when the wheel/rail contact patch is big,the maximum equivalent contact stress is low with high contact patch frictional work.Vehicle track coupled dynamic analysis shows that the three matchings possesse nearly the same vehicle critical velocity,but the LM profile exhibits a little better curving performance than the others,which indicates that the LM profile has preferable contact status with the 60 kg/m rail profile.
