基于ANSYSWokbench的车轮热容量分析

摘    要:为了真实模拟地铁车辆在整个运营时踏面制动过程中温度场的分布情况,采用ANSYSWorkbench软件建立某地铁车辆的车轮热容量计算模型,采用热流密度法,分析地铁车辆在一个往返运行过程中车轮的热容量情况.结果表明,地铁在频繁启动制动过程中造成热量积聚,从而导致车轮温度升高,车辆运行至6457.7s时,车轮最高温度达到446.88℃;并给出最高温度时刻车轮的温度场分布,分析结果为车轮安全性设计以及进一步研究提供依据.

Abstract:In order to simulate wheel tread temperature field distribution of entire braking process of subway rail car,a model of wheel heat capacity calculation is established,and heat flux density method is adopted to analyze the wheel heat capacity in a journey to and fro.The result shows that the heat is cumulated in frequent startup and braking process which results in temperature ascending of the wheel,and the maximum temperature reaches 446.88℃ in 6 457.7 s.It also provides temperature field distribution of the wheel at maximum temperature,and the result provides the basis of wheel safety desig and further research.
