| 摘 要： | 煤气管道的无坡度敷设方式在钢铁企业中得到了普遍应用,而对煤气管道跨距的正确计算和合理选择对管道的安全运行十分重要。在分析了煤气管道事故积水高度的来源基础上,针对钢铁企业无坡度敷设的单根煤气管道和有外加管道的煤气管道的跨距,分别进行了强度和刚度分析,给出了无坡度敷设煤气管道跨距的简化计算方法。

| Abstract: | The laying method of gas pipe without slop in iron and steel enterprises has been widely applied,and the correct calculation and reasonable selection of the gas pipeline span is very important for the safe operation of pipeline.Based on an analysis of the source of emergency water level,the calculation of a single gas pipeline span and multiple gas pipelines span in iron and steel plant is done using strength and stiffness methods respectively,and the simplified calculation method of gas pipeline span is given. |
