| 摘 要： | 对一电动机及其减速齿轮箱的双层隔振装置进行设计,在前人设计经验的基础上先设计中间质量体,再采用有限元建模进行仿真研究,讨论系统参数对隔振效果的影响,检测由此设计的双层隔振装置的隔振效果,并与有限元计算结果进行对比。

| Abstract: | Based on the experience of prevenient research,a double-staged vibration isolator was designed for the electromotor and the reduction gear box with the middle mass.Based on the simulation by finite element method,the paper discusses the influence of the system parameters on the effect of isolation.Finally,the effect of isolation was tested in the lab and compared with the FEM results. |
