| 摘 要： | 高校共青团工作应树立以学生为本的思想，增强党建带团建的意识。良好的党建带团建工作是发挥高校团队组织生力军作用的根本保证；是确保高校团建工作政治方向的重要举措；也是新时期高校思想政治工作规范化、科学化的必然要求。同时良好的党建带团建工作能更好的发挥共青团的思想教育职能．使高校共青团工作更有生机和活力。
