| 摘 要： | 这些技术是跨领域、跨学科的技术,只有通过跨学科和国际性的合作才可能取得丰硕成果,这也要求巴斯夫在研发方面更加灵活。巴斯夫的应对之道就是其研发一体化。正是因为采取了纵向一体的集群化方式,处于传统行业的巴斯夫尽管不得不面对德国的高昂劳动成本,但依然保持了高效和竞争力。
