| 摘 要： | 大型交通运输企业是综合国力和战争实力组成部分,企业的国防交通建设关乎公共突发事件的应急处置和战时保障能力的充分发挥。面对当前存在的问题,应从社会、法律和体制、机制等方面研究和加强大型交通运输企业国防交通建设,扎实推进军事斗争准备。

| Abstract: | Large enterprises of communications and transportation are part of the constituents of the comprehensive national strength and war strength of a state. And their construction in national defense communications is closely related to the emergency handling capability to public thunderbolt and the full play of wartime supporting capabilities. Being faced with these problems, we have to study and impetus their construction of national defense communications to make solid efforts to intensify our preparedness against war related to society, law, system and mechanism. |
