桥梁试件低温试验装置的研制

摘    要:根据桥梁试件低温试验所需的低温环境,研制出可获得-50℃的低温,而且能进行动载与静载试验的桥梁试件低温试验装置。试验装置采用R22的双级压缩制冷系统,低温箱的结构可承受试验时的大荷载。解决研制过程中冷桥漏冷量的减少、制冷剂流量的调节、制冷系统的安全保护等关键技术。试验装置对40个钢—混凝土混合梁试件进行了-50,-30,-15,0℃下的动载与静载试验,运行3个多月,结果表明试验装置可靠性高、制冷效果好,满足桥梁试件低温试验的要求。

Abstract:According to the low temperature environment needed for bridge specimen experiments, a low (temperature) experiment device for bridge specimen was developed to carry through live load (or) dead load (experiments,) in which -50 low temperature was obtained. The device adopted a R22 double-stage compression and refrigeration system. Low temperature box could bear large loads during the experiments. The key problems, such as reducing cold leakage, regulating refrigerant mass flux and protecting refrigeration system, were solved. Load experiments on 40 bridge specimens of composite beam were carried out under -50, -30, -15 and 0 in low temperature experiment device. After 3 months operation, the working results (indicate) that the experiment device is of high reliability and with good refrigeration effects. It can meet the low temperature requirements for bridge specimen.
