气垫船垫升推进系统控制仿真

摘    要:以某型气垫船的动力系统为对象,建立了垫升推进系统的数学模型及船体的运动学模型,并以SIMULINK为平台对该系统进行了仿真建模1],在此基础上,通过对系统动态特性的分析,对该系统进行了简单PID控制器和串级PID控制器的设计,并分别对两类控制系统进行了动态仿真和比较分析.仿真结果表明,串级PID控制系统较简单PID控制系统具有更为优越的动态性能,能较好地保证气垫船的垫态稳定性,以满足工程要求.

Abstract:Hovercraft is a kind of advanced ship,which possesses both high speed and amphibian performance.To the kind of hovercraft whose engine,propeller and fan are combined,there is a problem.While changing the angle of variable piech propeller to change the speed of hovercraft,the rotation speed of power turbine of gas turbine engine must be fluctuated.As a result the lift status of hovercraft is disturbed.This may result in danger of upset.So the proper controller of gas turbine must be designed to strictly adjust the rotation speed of power turbine.This is the fixed-rotation-speed control.The mathematic models of propulsion and lift system and kinematic model of some type of air cushion vehicle are built in this paper.The most important and difficult question is how to build the model of gas turbine.The paper makes full use of the external characteristic of gas turbine and fitting method to construct the models.The simulation model is also set up with the MATLAB/SIMULINK software platform.With the help of the modules in MATLAB/SIMULINK and easy manipulation,the modeling process is quick and convenient.Then the controller of system is designed.At first,the simple PID controller(Proportional-Integral-Differential Controller) is designed.It is just a simplex closed-cycle control system.Through analyzing the dynamic characteristics of whole system with the controller,it is shown that the dynamic response is not ideal.It means that the simple PID control method can not reach the requirement.Then the serial PID controller is considered.It contains two closed cycles and two adjustors.The dynamic characteristics of whole system with the controller is excellent.This indicates adequately the advantage of serial PID control system over simple PID control system in the hovercraft fixedrotation-speed control.
