| Abstract: | The problems in the mechanical equipment management of construction enterprises are analyzed in terms of management system, organization structure and operation process. On basis of the present status of the mechanical equipment management of construction enterprises, countermeasures are recommended in aspect of management mode and equipment allocation to meet the management requirements of modern enterprises. |
