| Abstract: | This paper analyses the features of marine accidents occured in complicated waterways and the ship handling features of deck officers who have different ship handling experiences;then proposes that in the reliability analysis of the deck officers,their hazard prediction assessment capability can be taken into account as well as their excellent ship handling skills. |
