| 摘 要： | 在介绍项目管理的概念和特点的基础上探讨传统的三元项目管理模式与其他新型项目管理模式的优缺点，结合某高速公路的项目管理实践，具体分析传统项目管理模式在实际工程中的应用情况和存在问题，为工程建设项目中全面引入新型项目管理方法提供了参考。

| Abstract: | After presenting the concept and characteristics of project management, this paper probes into the advantages and disadvantages of traditional three-element project management method and other new project management patterns, and analyzes the application and probiems of traditional project management pattern combing the practice of an expressway project management, serving as a reference for introducing new-type project management method in engineering construction projects. |
