酸,碱性焊条对焊工危害作用的比较

摘    要:对某焊接场所8种有害物质进行了测定,并对使用酸、碱性焊条的焊工进行健康检查和神经电生理学、生化免疫、肺功能和X线检查。结果表明:焊接场所有害物质浓度多数以使用碱性焊条为高。相对综合危险性评价亦表明使用碱性焊条者高于使用酸性焊条的焊工。

Abstract:This paper presented an investigation on the health risk among welders exposed to welding fume ofacidic and basic electrodes in a power plant.Eight hazardous substances in air of the workplace weremeasured,clin ieal examinations, neur-electrophysiological, biochemieal immunological. X-ray aswall as pulmonary function testings among welders were also examined.The results indicated a higherconcentrations of most hazardous substances in air of workplace where the basic electrode were used.The relative synthesis hazard risk for assessing the hazards of welding on weldets was greater in basicelectrode welding than that in acidic one.
