Abstract:Commercial ships and most of the large and medium-sized fishing vessels are equipped with onboard AIS,Beidou satellite positioning and communication terminals,which generate a large number of ship navigation data,mainly including the parameters of sailing speed,track,position,etc.,which provides the possibility for the study and judgment of abnormal behavior of ships.From four aspects of abnormal motion,abnormal position,abnormal AIS equipment and other parameters,the evaluation index system of ship abnormal behavior is constructed.The weight coefficient of each level index is obtained by using analytic hierarchy process(AHP),and the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is used to model the abnormal behavior of ships to realize the evaluation of abnormal behavior of ships.A software system is developed to manage experts and scores,design calculation methods,calculate weights and evaluate results.On the basis of ship navigation data,a ship smuggling research and judgment model is built to evaluate and analyze the possibility of ship smuggling.Based on the data of ship navigation process,it is of great significance to predict the abnormal behavior of ships for the safety management of ship operation and cracking down on illegal operation and smuggling.
