摘    要:针对农村公路与区域社会经济协调性评价问题, 分析了农村公路协调发展影响因素, 采用主成分分析法构建评价指标体系, 以可拓学、关联函数为基础, 构建综合物元评价模型, 将复杂多指标评价转换为单目标评价, 通过计算综合关联度, 对农村公路与区域社会经济协调性做出评价, 最后将模型应用于青海省海东地区。评价结果表明: 海东地区农村公路与社会经济协调发展的综合关联度为0.3687, 处于不太协调状态, 符合目前海东地区农村公路与社会经济的发展现状。

Abstract:For the evaluation of development coordination between rural road and regional social economy, the factors affecting the coordinated development were analyzed, and principal component analysis method was used to construct evaluation index system. Based on extension theory and correlation function, a synthetic matter-element evaluation model was constructed, and complex multi-index evaluation was converted to single-objective evaluation. The evaluation of coordination was done by calculating the synthetic correlated degree, and the model was used in Haidong of Qinghai Province. Analysis result shows that the synthetic correlated degree between rural road and regional social economy coordinated develpoment in Haidong is 0.368 7, which is not coordinated state, and it is consistent with the current situation.
