基于可靠度的路基均匀性评价标准

摘    要:提出了基于可靠度的路基均匀性评价方法, 建立了路基路面结构的二维有限元模型, 采用蒙特卡罗法对典型沥青路面结构在不同路基回弹模量与不同变异系数条件下的结构可靠度进行分析计算, 研究了路基回弹模量变异系数对路面结构可靠度的影响, 确定了评价路基均匀性的可靠度划分依据。计算结果表明: 高速、一级公路可靠度临界值为95%和90%时, 路基回弹模量变异系数为0.05和0.10;二级公路可靠度临界值为90%和85%时, 路基回弹模量变异系数为0.05和0.15;三、四级公路可靠度临界值为85%和80%时, 路基回弹模量变异系数为0.15和0.25。以计算可靠度临界值作为相应公路路基均匀性评价标准, 将各级公路路基均匀性等级分为优、中、差3个级别。

Abstract:A new uniformity evaluation method of subgrade was proposed based on reliability.A 2D finite element model was established to compute the reliabilities of asphalt pavements with different moduli and variation coefficients by using Monte Carlo Method.A division basis of the reliabilities was set down based on the research on the influence of the coefficients on pavement reliabilities.Computation result shows that the coefficients are 0.05 and 0.10 as the critical values of reliabilities are 95% and 90% for expressway and first class highway.The coefficients are 0.05 and 0.15 as the critical values are 90% and 85% for second class highway.The coefficients are 0.15 and 0.25 as the critical values are 85% and 80% for third and fourth class highways.Subgrade uniformities are divided into three grades when 90% and 95%, 85% and 90%, 80% and 85% are taken as the evaluation standards of subgrade uniformities for different highways.
