Brief comments on the transparency of Government maritime information-about the influence of the Regulations for Publicity of Government Information on the transparency of maritime administrative information

Development of the modern law monocraey country shows that the transparency of government affairs is one of the basic preconditions in promoting administration according to law and building a monocracy Government. Transparency is also a symbol of modern maritime management. This article, through the research on the related system and the present situation, puts forward some relevant proposals for maritime authority to adapt to the new situation concerning public transparency of maritime administrative information.
