基于粒子群算法的轨道车辆设备布局优化

摘    要:轨道车辆车上设备布局是轨道车辆设计中一个重要的环节,开展轨道车辆设备布局优化设计对保证轨道车辆的安全运行具有重要作用。考虑轨道车辆设备外轮廓约束、设备干涉约束等,建立了以设备总重心相对于轨道车辆自身中心的距离最小化的轨道车辆布局优化数学模型。根据轨道车辆设备布局优化的特点设计了基于粒子群算法的轨道车辆设备布局数学模型。采用线性递减权值策略,通过改进惩罚因子,有效地引导粒子群算法向全局最优解方向收敛。以轨道工程车辆的设备布局问题为实例,采用本文算法进行了车上设备布局优化设计的实例分析,表明本文方法可有效解决轨道车辆设备布局优化问题。

Equipment layout of rolling stock based on particle swarm optimization algorithm

Abstract:The layout of on-board equipment is an important link in the design of rolling stock. The optimization of the equipment layout plays an important role in ensuring the safe operation of rolling stock. Considering the constraints of equipment interference and module boundary etc., an equipment layout optimization of rolling stock mathematical model was established that minimized the distance between the total gravity center of equipment and center of the rolling stock. According to the characteristics of equipment layout optimization of the rolling stock, an equipment layout optimization of rolling stock mathematical model based on particle swarm optimization(PSO) algorithm was designed. Using the linearly decreasing inertia weight strategy, the PSO algorithm was effectively guided to converge to the global optimal solution by improving the penalty factor. Finally, this paper presented an example of the optimization design of on-board equipment layout of a track construction vehicle and showed that this method could effectively solve the problem of equipment layout optimization of rolling stock.
