摘 要: | 根据我国高速铁路动车组的实际运行和维修情况,以动车组关键部件剩余寿命预测为目的,对车地数据进行研究,对牵引电机轴承的温度数据进行特征提取,并根据大量历史车地数据,对牵引电机轴承进行剩余寿命预测。使用面向过程分析的思想和用特征值构建盒图的方法,达到预测动车牵引电机轴承剩余寿命的目的。研究的结果可以作为提高运维效率,修程修制优化的依据。

Prediction method for remaining useful life of EMU traction motor bearing |

Abstract: | According to the actual situation of the EMU operation and maintenance, with the purpose of predicting the remaining useful life for EMU the key components, this paper studied on the train-ground data of EMU. The features of temperature data of traction motor bearing were extracted. The remaining useful life of the bearing was predicted according to the large amount of EMU history data. The idea of process oriented analysis and the method of constructing box graphs with feature extract were used to achieve the purpose of remaining life prediction of EMU traction motor bearing. The results of the study could be used as the basis for improving operation and maintenance efficiency. |
