钢纤维混凝土路面的抗折强度与钢纤维掺量的关系

摘    要:通过对抗折强度与掺量的对比,混凝土抗折强度随着钢纤维的增加而增大,但在钢纤维掺量为0.8%以后的抗折强度增长随掺量增加便不太明显,且7.65 MPa的抗折强度已经比较高(设计为5.0 MPa)。综合考虑决定在混凝土路面中钢纤维的掺量以0.8%(体积比)为宜。

Abstract:Through comparison between rupture strength and steel fiber content,we know the rupture strength of concrete is increasing with the increment of steel fiber,however,when the steel fiber content goes over 0.8%,the rupture strength increment is less obvious with the increment of steel fiber content,and the rupture strength of 7.65 MPa is relatively high(the designed value is 5.0 MPa).Making this comprehensive consideration,the content of steel fiber in concrete pavement is better determined as 0.8%(volumetric ratio).
