| Abstract: | Using the public administration and public economics knowledge,this paper analyzes the public product attributes of rural highway,and points out that the traditional single attribute of financing in rural highways can not meet the needs of the rural road development in the future.And then it analyzes the main supply of rural highway and the inevitability of diversified financing. |
