| 摘 要： | 对胎儿胰腺移植进行了对比研究。第１组３３例为带脾胎胰移植；第２组１４例为单独胎胰移植。比较两组手术成功率、术后血糖值下降及胰岛素用量减少的情况，未见明显差异。两组免疫球蛋白ＩｇＧ、ＩｇＡ、ＩｇＭ、Ｃ３和淋巴细胞转化率测定值亦无明显差异。对移植体的血液动力学观察提示带脾移植的优越性。因此，建议在胎儿胰腺移植中应尽量保留脾脏。

| Abstract: | The authors made a comparative study on foetal pancreas transplantation. Combined creas-spleen transplantation was done in 33 cases,while in 14 cases was done pancreas transplant ratively,the effective rate of pancreatic graft function, the reduction of serum glucose lever and dosage of insulin were not different in both groups. The immunoglobulin IgG,IgA, IgM,C3and liphocyte transformation rate were not different in both groups too. The hemodynamical observation showed the advantages of combined pancreas-spleen transplantation. We suggest that spleen be retained as fully as possible in foetal pancreas transplantation. |
