摘    要:沙河街组二段和三段属于含蜡轻质油,在其高温掺水源井水输送过程中,有可能形成高黏W/O型乳状液,为了确定现场输送的乳化情况,通过一系列室内乳化实验,研究分析了沙河街原油乳化程度的影响因素,基于油水混合液静置分水率的高低,评价其不同乳化条件下的乳化程度,并指出了下一步研究的重点.实验结果表明:搅拌速率、搅拌时间、掺水量、掺水温度对其乳化程度均有影响,其中搅拌时间和搅拌速率的影响较显著.

Abstract:The second and third sections of the Shahejie crude oil belong with waxy light oil. It is possible to form high viscous W/O emulsion during its transportation with high temperature water. In order to determine the emulsification situation of field transportation, the influential factors on the emulsification of the Shahejie crude oil are researched through a series of laboratory emulsified experiments. Based on the water diversion rate of the oil/water mixture, its emulsification degree under different conditions are evaluated. The next key point to be studied is pointed out. The experimental results indicate that the stirring speed, stirring time,and water amount, water tempera- ture all have influences on its emulsified degree, at which the stirring time and speed have a remarkable influence.
