流沙地质浅层断桩处理技术

摘    要:通过应用压浆方法对流沙地质浅层断桩位置进行隔水处理,形成干施工后用人工对断桩混凝土进行凿除,最终在不影响桩体结构、尺寸和受力下对断桩进行接长处理。经二次检测满足Ⅰ类桩要求,为类似流沙地质浅层断桩处理提供借鉴。

Abstract:The location where a pile had been broken was enclosed with pressure grouting to form a waterproofing enclosure,where chipping of the concrete in the broken pile could be carried out in the dry.After the broken concrete was removed,the pile was lengthened while the structure,size and bearing capacity of the pile were not affected.When the repaired pile was tested for the second time,it was proved to meet the requirements of a Type I Pile,thus offering reference for repairing of similar piles broken at shallow level in quick sand.
