| 摘 要： | 在汽车车身试制领域,双曲面薄板零件的成形一直是试制工作的难题。顶盖成形工艺是指该零件在试制的初始阶段,模具尚未制造之前,为保证零件的实物质量,利用模架手工成形零件的加工方法。
