国际项目合同变更索赔案例分析

在国际工程中,越来越多地采用EPC和设计施工总承包等合同形式。在实施此类项目中,无论是作为总包还是分包,在合同管理中碰到的变更与索赔事项越来越频繁。如何加强合同管理、保护承包商的合同权利,避免损失日益成为一个重要的课题。本文以广东液化天然气接收站LNG项目为例,总结了变更与索赔的一些做法和经验。

Case Study in Contract Variation and Indemnity Claim of International Projects

Nowadays,the contract forms of EPC and Design-built General Contracting are more and more adopted for the international projects.In these cases,the general contractors or the subcontractors involved are likely to deal with more and more problems of contract variation and indemnity claims.Thereby,it becomes a subject of utmost importance to strengthen the contract management,protect contractors'contractaal rights and avoid losses.And herein under,we have a dose study in the Guangdong Liquefied Natural Gas Receiving Station Project(hereinafter called the"LNG Pro- ject")and a summary of some practices and experiences for the management of contract variation and indemnity claims.
