| 摘 要： | 校外实习是高职教育的重要组成部分。本文从有利于保证高职教育质量、提高学生就业能力出发,结合实际工作经验,就如何调适高职学生校外实习期间的个体心理,研究和加强校外实习管理,构建校外实习教育管理体系做了有益的探索。

| Abstract: | Practice outside the college plays an important role in higher vocational education. In order to ensure the advanced vocational educational quality and increase the employment ability, combining with the working experience, the author makes some beneficial research on how to adjust the individual psychology of the students in higher vocational college during their practice and study and enhance the practice management and finally build the educational management system of the students' practice outside the college. |
