| 摘 要： | 文章对城市公共交通法的基本原则的进行界定、选择，确定了城市公共交通法的基本原则。然后对城市公共交通法的以人为本原则进行论述，就城市公共交通以人为本原则的内涵各个方面进行分析，对城市公共交通法的立法、执法具有一定指导意义。
