| Abstract: | The emergency chain of command in area of chemistry of Ningbo Port Group Ltd. is divided into 4 parts, which are the command center, the video monitoring, the cable broadcasting and the radio communication. It is an integrated intelligent emergency service system that is composed of communication, command and scheduling based on the advanced technology and current resources planning and integration. The establishment of the system makes the safety management of the port chemistry area more reasonable. |
