电动汽车高压电安全测试系统的研究

摘    要:针对电动汽车的高压电安全,提出一种基于虚拟仪器技术和CAN总线技术的测试系统,测试结果表明,该系统能够很好地满足车载静态和动态测试的需要,能实时监测高压系统的各种电气参数和高压电自动断路控制器的工作可靠性。

Abstract:Aiming at the high voltage safety of electric vehicle, a test system based on virtual instrumentation and CAN bus technology is presented. The system can monitor all kinds of electric parameters of high voltage system in real time and the work reliability of high voltage automatic disconnection controller. The computation models for some high voltage electric parameters are created, the hardware and software are designed, and some test curves are given. The test results show that the system can meet the requirements of both static and dynamic test, and can be applied to all kinds of electric vehicles for high voltage safety test.
