| Abstract: | This paper introduces the three-combinative methods of lean shipbuilding aiming to decrease the waste.They are methods of group technology (GT),product-oriented work breakdown structure (PWBS) and process lanes.Three test standards of evaluating the lean shipbuilding are listed also. |
