| 摘 要： | 基于灰色理论中的GM模型，推导出等栽条件下的沉降速率公式，与基于双曲线模式的沉降速率公式相比较，找出一种与实测结果相接近的预测方法，并结合有限元计算结果对这两种方法在预测最终沉降方面进行比较研究，总结两者的优缺点，对于工程实践具有一定的参考价值。

| Abstract: | Based on the grey model of grey theory, the formula of settlement velocity under the conditions of equal load is deduced, and compared with the formula of settlement velocity based onthe double-curve model, the way of prediction is found, which is more close to the practical settlement velocity.
