摘    要:在单向短纤维增强金属基复合材料的单纤维轴对称和单纤维三维细观力学模型的基础上,利用弹塑性有限元分析方法,研究该类复合材料中短纤维长径比的变化对材料整体力学行为的影响,研究主要考虑短纤维长径比的变化对复合材料的应力传递、弹性模量以及应力-应变关系曲线的影响。研究表明:在单向短纤维增量金属基复合材料中,短纤维的长径比应保持在一个最佳范围,高过一定值后增强作用几乎不再增加,过低又不能保证复合足够的力学性

Abstract:Based on the single fiber axisymmetrical and three dimensional models of an aligned short fiber reinforced metal matrix composite, the effect of varied fiber aspect ratio on the mechanical behavior of this composite is analyzed by the elasto plastic finite element method. The studies are focused on the stress transfer, elastic modulus and stress strain curve of the composite. It is shown that, in this kind of composite, the fiber aspect ratio has an optimum range. The composite with a good performance cannot be obtained with a too small fiber aspect ratio. However, when a critical value is reached, the performance of the composite does not increase with the fiber aspect ratio any more.
