| 摘 要： | 从我国水资源的分布特点及面临的形势出发,分析了我国水资源保护和管理过程中存在的主要问题及原因.在此基础上,结合我国现阶段社会经济发展实际,从水资源可持续利用的角度提出了解决这些问题的具体措施,对缓解水资源紧缺情势和进一步做好水资源开发、利用、保护和管理工作具有一定的理论指导意义.

| Abstract: | After describing the distributing characteristics and the current situation of Chinese water resources, the main problems and the corresponding causes as to protection and management of water resources are analyzed. Based on these, considering the economy development reality of the present China, some measures to resolve the existed problems are put forward from the viewpoint of water resources sustainable use, which is meaningful in theory for alleviating the water resources crisis, improving the quality of exploitation, use, protection and management of water resources. |
