Decentralization government organization network scheme |

| Abstract: | This paper discusses the scheme about how to use the common communication platform to construct WAN.This scheme adopts the most advanced Internet and Web technology and is extremely adapted to the government organization which primary organizations (county and country)are comparatively decentralized and have not high demand about real time data. It makes such day to day work handling as the plan assigning and statistics data reporting become very fluent and simultaneously can greatly save the running fees. |
