| 摘 要： | 发动机异响，有时表现为某零件响，但实际上并非此零件造成，也可能是其他零部件尺寸或配合原因产生，采取合理便捷的方法可以快速找到问题症结并加以解决。为了改善活塞裙部型线，更好地控制不良品产生，确定在原型线尺寸基础上增加3个控制点；同时制作活塞型线在线检具，对于首件必须进行检查并填写记录表，增加抽检频次，以便及时发现因加工机床原因造成的活塞成品超差，并及时采取有效改进措施。
