凸轮表面剥落的原因分析与改进

摘    要:针对某凸轮轴表面产生剥落的现象,对凸轮轴的外观、化学成分、力学性能、金相组织、酸蚀及硬度梯度等进行了综合分析研究,认为凸轮轴淬火层深度总体较薄、磨削加工中存在烧伤是导致凸轮轴凸轮表面出现剥落的主要原因,并就此提出了预防凸轮轴表面剥落的措施.

Abstract:For the peeling off phenomenon of a camshaft surface,the camshaft appearance,chemical composition,mechanical properties,microstructure,etching and hardness gradient were analyzed and researched synthetically.It was thought that the totally thinner depth of camshaft hardening layer and the existing burn of grinding process were the main causes for cam surface peeling off.Based on the thought,the measures of preventing peeling off phenomenon were put forward.
