Abstract:The super spark ignition(Super SI) combustion mode,which was the ignition combustion of lean mixture at the temperature of close spontaneous combustion,was researched and its combustion characteristic and feasibility were analyzed.The results indicate that the increase of intake temperature can reduce the cyclic variation of pmi obviously,shorten the combustion duration and extend the lean limit of SI combustion under the condition of lean mixture.Accordingly,Super SI combustion has the advantages of high t...
