轿车发动机往复惯性力的平衡

摘    要:以直列四缸发动机为例,对发动机的往复惯性力进行计算,说明二阶往复惯性力是发动机产生振动和噪声的主要原因.指出平衡轴平衡机构是平衡二阶往复惯性力的有效方法,这可在将来的轿车发动机中得到广泛的应用。

Reciprocating Inertial Force Balance for Passenger Vehicle Engine

Abstract:Taking an inline four-cylinder engine as an example, the reciprocating inertial force of engine is calculated, the results show that the second-order reciprocating inertial force is the main reason of vibration and noise. Meanwhile balance mechanism of shaft can effectively balance the second-order reciprocating inertial force, which would be applied widely in passenger vehicle engine in the future.
