道路沥青老化性状分析及评价

摘    要:分析道路沥青在不同因素影响下的老化机理,以及沥青在老化过程中微观性状的变化特点。基于表征沥青使用性能的流变力学指标,测试4种道路沥青在不同老化过程中的特征。在评价沥青耐老化性能方面,提出考虑沥青初始粘度和粘度增加值两种因素的老化指标,以及用温度变化表示的老化沥青低温性能衰变指标。试验分析得出,不同沥青有不同的耐拌和老化性能、耐使用老化性能,在分析当地气候、交通特点,选择使用沥青标号品种的同时,应考虑到沥青不同使用条件下抗老化性能的差异。

Abstract:This paper analyzed the aging mechanism and microcosmic character of road asphalt under different influence factor,and moreover,different characters of four kinds aging asphalt were tested based on rheologic property of asphalt pavement performance.To evaluate anti-ageing property of asphalt,an aging index considering asphalt original viscidity and increased viscidity of aged asphalt were put forward.The results indicate that different asphalt has different anti-aging properties in mixing cycle and in service life.So when choosing the grade and the breed of road asphalt,not only the climate and traffic characteristics but also the different performance of different asphalt on anti-aging behaviour should be considered.
