电控柴油机冷起动进气加热控制分析

摘    要:对电控柴油机冷起动进气加热状态进行了分类,提出了相应的进气加热状态转换条件,并在一种电控单体泵柴油机上进行了进气加热状态转换的试验验证。分析得出的进气加热状态转换条件可用于电控柴油机冷起动进气加热控制时序的设计,以及电控柴油机冷起动进气加热控制软件的编写。

Abstract:The intake heating states during cold start for electronic control diesel engine were categorized.The corresponding converting conditions of intake heating states were put forward and were testified on an electronic control unit pump diesel engine.The acquired converting conditions could be used to design the intake heating control sequence and compile the intake heating control software.
