结节性痒疹皮损中P物质、降钙素基因相关肽的表达

目的　探讨降钙素基因相关肽 (CGRP)、P物质 (SP)在结节性痒疹发病中的作用。方法　采用免疫组化SABC法 ,检测 30例结节性痒疹患者的皮损、非皮损区以及 15例正常人皮肤中CGRP和SP的分布和表达。结果　CGRP和SP在结节性痒疹皮损全层皮肤中均有表达 ,呈环胞膜着色 ;在正常表皮和非皮损区中有轻度表达 ;在结节性痒疹皮损区CGRP和SP表达 ,与正常对照及未受累皮肤比较有显著性差异 (P <0 .0 1)。结论　神经多肽与结节性痒疹的发病有关 ,其可能通过免疫介导促进疾病的形成发展

Expression of substance P and calcitonin-gene-related peptidein lesion of prurigo nodularis

Objective To study the role of calcitonin-gene-related peptide (CGRP) and substance P (SP) in the pathogenesis of prurigo nodularis. Methods SABC immunohistochemical technique was used to examine the expression of CGRP and SP in lesional skin and uninvolved skin of 30 cases of prurigo nodularis and in skin of 15 normal controls. Results The strong expression of CGRP and SP was observed in the whole epidermis of lesional skin in 30 cases, with the expression surrounding cell membranes. The weak expression of CGRP and SP was observed in nonlesional and normal epidermis. CGRP and SP expression levels had significant differences in the lesional skin and in normal and uninvolved skin (P< 0.01). Conclusion These findings support the concept of neuropeptide involvement in the occurrence of prurigo nodularis, and suggest that CGRP and SP may contribute to the development of the disease by mediating immune action.
